As a church, we believe Restoration has both a local expression and a global connection. While we gather as a congregation on the Northshore, God has also called us to multiply leaders and churches sharing the love of Jesus around our state and to ends of the world.
Our Ministry Internship is focused on helping people develop a theological, missional, and practical framework for their life and work while providing the opportunity to explore church leadership in a safe and educational setting. Interns serve anywhere from 8-12 weeks with both ongoing responsibilities as well as weekly, cohort-style trainings.
Our Pastoral Residency is built for men aspiring to the church office of pastor/elder. Over the course of 12 months, we walk through the character, theology, and skills related to pastoral ministry, equipping residents to better grow in their own faith while they increasingly lead others to do the same.

The mission of Restoration Community Church is not something we can either accomplish alone or just here on the Northshore.
